Psychologists and Management theorists have paved the way that we can understand and get along with our family, friends and work colleagues.

Learning and communication style reveals the styles based how we tend to be inquisitive, ask questions and interact especially in classroom or work environments.

Hemisphere dominance dictates the learning style of ours in relation to our education. Academicians and Working Professionals can therefore adapt once they are aware of an individual's learning style based on the preferred style of dominance they can engage and design learning / communicating experiences accordingly and more efficiently.

Visual

Strong Visual Association is prominent in such individuals. They often take visual cues as a learning process. Individual prefers visual simulations over others Sensory inputs. Images, Colours, Visual Aids, Texture, Plane, Space, and Dimensions add to their effective learning. They usually create Visual Pictures and Mind Maps for Memory Retention. They are good with remembering faces, directions, maps, layouts etc. Spatial Skills in such people are known to be very strong. Visual aids such as power point, movies, white board usage, field visits aid in the better understanding and the internalizing of any subject matters.

These are Individuals who learn more by listening. Explanations, Voice Description and Audible Analysis are more appealing to such individuals. They listen very accurately and can differentiate between sounds, pitch, rhythm and tones. Instruction based learning, movie playing, discussions and audio books are more stimulating in accelerating their learning process. They might read aloud to understand and ensure retention in memory. They are easily distracted by sounds and noises. They like music, singing, recordings etc. Interaction and questioning are their tools to learn.

These are Individuals who enjoy learning by doing. They need to actually physically be involved, feel, touch and learn by the experiences of doing. They like hand on activities, experiments and games. They would like to actually go on the field and learn by physical stimulation. They like exercises, practical sessions, and hand on labs and are physically active. Running, walking, touching, feeling, performing series of actions stimulates their learning experiences and the more the exponential learning the better the output and result.
