Admission Eligibility
Candidates interested to take admission in the RV College of Architecture should fulfill the following criteria namely,
• Score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks
• New 10+2 scheme of the Senior School Certificate Examination and/or equivalent with Maths in the 10+2 level
• 10+3 diploma degree recognized by the State/Central Government
• International Baccalaureate Diploma post schooling for 10 years with Maths being a compulsory subject.
• Pass the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with a minimum score of 40 out of 200.
Admission process
Candidates can seek admission through the following categories- CET, COMED-K and Management Quota. The students seeking admission through this category will obtain admission via the Karnataka Examination Authority’s CET Cell. It is mandatory for the student in clearing the NATA test that is conducted by the COA. Here the minimum eligibility is PUC or equivalent and from a reputable board under the state of Karnataka. The student should obtain 50% score in the qualifying test and should be a resident of the state of Karnataka with the minimum age of 17 years.

Placements
RV college of architecture placements department has been made in the form of a separate entity during 1997. They started their activity in a humble manner in a single room accommodation for catering the requirements of offering placement services of high quality to the candidates of the institution. At present, they coordinate with about 120 top organizations.
Direct Admission in Architecture under Management Quota, is restricted to 20 % of total intake which includes NRI Quota Admission too. The total number of management seats in Architecture under management quota changes from college to college.
