ATMA Counselling 2025

ATMA Counseling 2025:

  • 2025 counselling will start after the result announcement.
  • After the result declaration, shortlisted candidates need to check the counselling date
  • At the time of counseling, candidates will be allotted seats to 5 colleges that they have chosen at the time of registration.
  • Seats will be allotted on the basis of the exam rank and the college cut off.
  • Candidates who are selected for counselling are required to take the necessary personal documents.
  • Verification of these documents will be done at the time of counselling.

Documents Required:

  • Original mark sheets 10th and 12th 2 photocopies each
  • Age proof
  • Domicile( Himachal Pradesh Candidates)
  • Aadhaar Card or any other identity proof
  • Rank card
  • 5 passport size photos colour and black and white
  • Medical documents mentioned in ATMA application
  • Bank draft

ATMA Counselling Process:

The counselling includes three rounds which are:

  • Group Discussion (GD) - In this round, candidate will be divided into 3 small groups and will be given a topic for discussion. They will be evaluated based on their communication skills, personality, negotiation skills, and professional abilities.
  • Written Ability Test (WAT) - Here, candidates will have to write a short essay or any subjective questions. They will be assessed on their grammar, writing skills and other relevant criteria.
  • Personal Interview (PI) – This round focuses on candidates’ confidence, academic performance, communication skills, and general general awareness.

After these rounds, the next step is document verification and the final seat allotment process. The seat allotment process will totally be based on exam score, rank in the merit list, choices filled by the candidate, and of course the availability of seats at that rank.

ATMA Cut Off for top institutes in India is between 70 to 95 percentiles. The scores are accepted by autonomous B-schools offering PGDM or MBA programmes. Cut-off is the minimum qualifying marks required to get selected in the colleges. The ATMA 2025 cutoff will be released by the management institutes after the result announcement.
