5 Year B.Arch. Programme:

Approved by Council of Architecture (COA), Government of Karnataka, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, this Bachelors of Architecture program has been offering a sensitive and analytical environment of design and architecture, since the time of its inception. It is a responsible course to produce responsible architects of the future.

The course responsibly teaches students several kinds of visual forms, design ideas and climate-responsive principles. Faculty members always encourage students to practice innovative ideas in their work. This course is a perfect blend of theoretical and realistic architectural approaches.

2 Year Master of Architecture Programme in Urban Design:

This program is approved by the Council of Architecture and affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. It offers rigorous training in urban design, integrating an advanced and critical perspective on socio-environmental awareness.

PhD Program:

The Centre for Innovation and Design Management VTU Research Centre, BMSSA renders this research program with proud and dignity. A group of scholar studies and researches on topical issues of architecture ranging from participatory planning and/or, energy efficiency in architecture to the application of hydrology in Urban systems.
