The Department of Training and Placement at BNMIT is dedicated to develop an efficient recruitment system that can build a reliable pool of talents who can fortify the values of an organization. The Department handles campus placement for final year B.E., M.Tech & MBA students. It has a consistent record of placing students in various prestigious companies every year.

The BNMIT placements cell has designed a training program to meet the diversified requirements of each industry so that the students can perform better. The training methodology followed are:

In the first year the students are given induction program, Regular technical English class, innovative project lab and T5 program to boost self-confidence. In the second year students are given regular business communication classes and TW5 program for aptitude Training on Quantitative, Analytical & Logical Reasoning along with innovative project lab. During the third year students are given technical training on C, DBMS, OOPS, JAVA along with Industry Interaction Program, Skill Development Programs and Internships. During the final year Employability assessment, campus drive, pre placement program, industry interface, campus recruitment are all done.

BNM Institute of Technology placements are a great hit as the students crack the interview well because of these training programs and as a result almost hundred percent students are placed.
