Christ College BBA LLB(Honours) Admission

BBA LLB(Honours) Admission in Christ University depends on a number of steps and procedures which vary for Indian and foreign students. The procedures include eligibility criteria, selection process and admission procedures. Application for the course will be closed a week before the date of the selection process. The entrance test will be conducted across India. Students should choose for selection process among Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune Lavasa, and Kolkata.

Admission Categories:

  • Students falling under the Indian/domestic category
  • International Student Category and
  • Non-Resident Indian (Student) category

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Interested candidates should have completed 10+2 level or any other equivalent exams (Karnataka PUC/ ISC/ CBSE/ NIOS/ State boards) with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks overall in any streams from any recognized board in India.
  • Appearing candidates of +2 in March-May 2024 level can also apply for these courses with Class 10 and Class 11-mark sheets
  • Shortlisted candidates need to qualify CULEE, Christ University Law Entrance Exam for final selection
  • Candidates who are pursuing IB course need to have 3 HL and 3 Sl with 24 credits
  • NRI or foreign nationals should pass the qualifying examination from AIU recognised institution and the eligibility also depends on AIU stipulations
  • Candidates applying should not be below the age of 20 as on 1st July 2024
  • Candidates should have GCE/ Edexcel with a minimum of 3 A levels grade but not less than C grade

Admission Non-Resident Indians (NRIs):

Non-Resident Indian (NRIs) Students applying for admission are classified as follows and are liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the course.

  • NRI as defined under the Indian Income Tax Law
  • If either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on a Work Permit/Resident Permit
  • An Indian citizen who is financed by any Institution/agency outside India, even if parents are Residents of India
  • Indian Citizen who passed the qualifying examination in any foreign/Indian syllabus outside India

The University conducts selection process for Christ College BBA LLB(Honours) Admission in venues: Dubai, Kuwait, Doha, Qatar and UAE.

Admissions International Category:

International Student Category covers the following three groups:

  • Foreign citizens
  • PIO cardholders and
  • OCI (Dual Citizens)

In addition to submitting evidence of their previous qualifications in an English Medium, the candidates from this category will also have to have an IELTS of 6.0 and it should not be below 5.5 or for TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores. Candidates who do not have the mentioned prequalification have two alternative options: They can either take, an Intensive Certificate course in the English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year. (OR) a One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part-Time) organized after regular class hours from June to December.

Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process and will have to pay the International Student Category Fee.

Admission Process:

  • Admission must be processed at the campus
  • Admission won’t be processed in the absence of the candidate
  • Original document of class X mark sheet
  • Transfer Certificate of standard XII from the last qualified institution is to be submitted by given date.
  • Migration Certificate (except for Karnataka students) need to be submitted by given date.
  • One recent formal stamp size and passport size photographs are necessary.
  • Foreign students and NRI need to submit
  • Xerox copy of passport and visa details
  • PIO/OCI (for PIO/OCI) copy wherever applicable
  • Medical Fitness Certificate from any practitioner recognised by the Medical Council of India

The Selection Process will be based on the entrance test, SA, MP, PI and overall academic performance.

Christ University BBA LLB(Honours) Fees is feasible and the college does not accept any kind of donation at the time of admission. The fees are fixed for 5 years. Students can also avail loan and scholarship facilities. There are numerous scholarships for students.

The duration of the BBA LLB (Honours) course is 5 years.
The candidate must have completed 10+2 with at least 45% aggregate from a recognized board.
