The CNLU placement cell manages student recruitment and job placements. It coordinates with organizations for campus interviews, group discussions, and written tests. The CDC operates through two main committees:
Career Development & Recruitment Committee: Responsible for managing the recruitment process, this committee includes one placement coordinator and four members. It oversees all activities related to job placements.
Career Development & Internship Committee: Focused on managing internships, this committee comprises one internship coordinator and four members, handling all aspects of the internship process.

Disclosure of Results: Recruiters must disclose the results of the final recruitment within the prescribed time frame.
Communication: Direct communication between students and prospective recruiters is prohibited. All correspondence should be routed through the CDC.
