The Career Development Bureau at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) is dedicated to helping students achieve their career aspirations. Monthly Career Guidance Talks are also provided to colleges and universities. All services, except coaching classes, are offered free of charge.

The Cochin University of Science and Technology placement efforts have shown remarkable success. In the previous academic year, 942 students from CUSAT were placed in prestigious companies. This is a significant increase from 758 placements in 2020-21 and 595 in 2019-20. The average pay package this year is ₹4.3 lakh per annum, with the highest compensation package reaching ₹40 lakh per annum.
