The DPSRU placement cell arranges job training, industrial visits, and career guidance lectures. Summer training programs are organized for D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm students in various industries and hospitals. Workshops on career awareness, resume writing, aptitude tests, and group discussions are also conducted. Soft skill training programs and guidance in professionalism, presentation techniques, interview skills, and new technology trends are provided to students.
For the 2018-19 session, DPSRU placements saw participation from leading national and multinational companies, including Novartis, Quintiles IMS, WNS, IQVIA, Dr. Reddy's, Zyla, Abbott, Cipla, ZS Associates, and many others. Companies offered packages ranging from 8.5 to 5.0 lacs for M.Pharm students and 3.5 to 6.2 lacs for B.Pharm students. Many B.Pharm students pursued higher studies and cleared the GPAT examination.
