Eligibility Criteria for BDS Program

• Candidates shall have passed 10+2 level of examination from a recognized board or council with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (passed individually). OR
• They must have passed an intermediate examination in Science approved by a recognized body with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (passed individually). OR
• They must have passed a pre-professional/ pre-medical examination approved by a recognized body with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (passed individually). OR
• They shall have completed the first year of the 3-year degree course from a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (passed individually). OR
• They shall have completed a 3-year degree course from a recognized University with not less than any 2 of the following subjects- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, (Botany, Zoology).

The candidates are required to submit the following papers at the time of admission-

• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet
• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
• Eight passport size photographs
• Provisional allotment letter
• Admit card
• Scorecard or rank letter from NEET UG

The Students aspiring to get their degree in the BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) and MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) needs to produce their scorecard under the NEET UG and NEET PG examinations. Eligibility Criteria for MDS Program

Candidates must have a degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a University recognized by the Dental Council of India or an equivalent qualification considered by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore. Candidates who are not having the mentioned qualification should obtain the prior approval of the DCI before MDS admission. The candidates must have finished their 4 academic years in Bachelor of Dental Surgery with a one year compulsory internship.
