About Dr. T Thimaiah Institute of Technology Placement Department:

• AMC Engineering College Course are approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University).
• The engineering course covers 4 years, M-Tech for 2 years.
• The college offers 6 branches in B.E. and 1 in M-Tech.
• The seats are provided according to government stipulations which are formulated from time to time.
• Students graduate with the values and knowledge necessary to pursue meaningful work and lead successful lives.
• The college is continuously developing and improving the quality of education.

The main goal of the program is to prepare students for successful careers in engineering and related fields. By the time of graduation, students will be able to:

The engineering department of T. Thimaiah strives to produce graduates who:

• can work as successful professionals in any engineering disciplines
• can develop creative, entrepreneurial, and cost-effective solutions to any problems
• can take increasing responsibilities of technical in their work organizations;
• can pursue lifelong learning through graduate education, continuing education, professional training, on-job training, and career development.

Though Dr. T Thimaiah Institute of Technology Admission is not very complicated; nevertheless students should follow the guidelines properly. The curriculum is continuously updated to reflect the needs of the industry. Throughout the college experience, students will have many opportunities to connect with visiting guest lecturers and collaborate with industry experts and faculties.

Beside the above mentioned department, the college also has a department of science. It has 2 courses– Physics and Chemistry.

The teaching process in T. Thimaiah includes:

• planning of the lessons beforehand
• implementation of the teaching process is being recorded
• feedback is obtained from the students at the end of semesters
• At the end of the academic year, a comprehensive Student Satisfaction Survey is conducted to identify and prioritize the performance gap that needs to be addressed. A committee examines this data to prepare the action plan for improving the quality of the services provided to the students.
