• The engineering course covers 4 years, M-Tech for 2 years.
• The college offers 6 branches in B.E. and 1 in M-Tech.
• The seats are provided according to government stipulations which are formulated from time to time.

The main goal of the program is to prepare students for successful careers in engineering and related fields. By the time of graduation, students will be able to:

The engineering department of T. Thimaiah strives to produce graduates who:

• can work as successful professionals in any engineering disciplines
• can develop creative, entrepreneurial, and cost-effective solutions to any problems
• can take increasing responsibilities of technical in their work organizations;
• can pursue lifelong learning through graduate education, continuing education, professional training, on-job training, and career development.

Though Dr. T Thimaiah Institute of Technology Admission is not very complicated; nevertheless students should follow the guidelines properly. The curriculum is continuously updated to reflect the needs of the industry. Throughout the college experience, students will have many opportunities to connect with visiting guest lecturers and collaborate with industry experts and faculties.

Beside the above mentioned department, the college also has a department of science. It has 2 courses– Physics and Chemistry.
