BA LLB (Hons) Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% aggregate and SC/ST candidates aggregate is 40%.
• The selection criteria are the CLAT exam.

LLM Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed BA LLB/ BCom LLB/ BBA LLB/ Bachelor's degree followed by LLB.
• They have secured an aggregate of 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates)
• The selection criteria are the CLAT exam.

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have a postgraduation in law with an aggregate of 55% (50% aggregate of SC/ST/PH students)
• Selection criteria are an entrance exam conducted by HNLU.

The application process for UG and PG course

• Fill up the application form online at CLAT's official webpage.
• The application process for general and OBC candidates is INR 4000.
• The application process for SC/ST candidates is INR 3500.
• Pay the application fee online.

The application process for the Ph.D. course

• Download the application form from the official website.
• Fill up the form and DD to the University.
• The application process for general and OBC candidates is INR 1500.
• The application process for SC/ST candidates is INR 1000.

Documents Required At the Time of Admission (UG)

• 10th or equivalent mark sheet
• 12th or equivalent mark sheet
• Character Certificate / Conduct Certificate
• Transfer / Migration Certificate
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable
• PWD Certificate, if applicable
• Domicile / Residence Certificate, if applicable
• Fee receipt of Rs. 65,000/-

• Marksheet of B. A. LL. B./LL.B./B.L. or any other equivalent degree
• Conduct Certificate
• Transfer / Migration Certificate

• Fee receipt of Rs. 32,500/-
