IMI Bhubaneswar Courses offers full-time and part-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Fellowship Program in Management (FPM) which approved by AICTE.

PGDM Course: These programmes are designed to prepare students for careers in the industry across different functional areas by providing them with holistic managerial skills including conceptual skills & the ability to tackle challenges head-on in the future.The management courses (PGDM)consist of entrepreneurship, business and ethics, risk management and other strategies which help to inculcate good management skills in the students.The course structure is extensive and furthermore incorporates internships and workshops to attend with the goal that the course is well carried out in its 2-years duration.

PGDM course for IMI Bhubaneswar is spread over 6 trimesters, each trimester with the duration of 11-12 weeks.The initial three semesters are dedicated to foundation courses which are the main areas in management that includes; Economics, Organizational Behaviour (OB), Statistics, Marketing, Finance Strategy, International Business & Management Information Systems.

The students can follow their interests in second year in various functional areas like marketing, finance, human resources management, Information systems & operations.On completion of the 1st year, students are required to undergo a mandatory summer internship to gain hands-on experience in the application of core concepts & functional skills.

FPM Course: The International Management Institute Courses in Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at IMI Bhubaneswar has been intended to take into account the academic needs of the faculties, analysts and administrators ready to seek after thorough research work at the doctoral level.The FPM program is planned for giving imminent researchers a scholastic space to challenge the customary way of thinking and motivate them to expand their way of thinking and embrace new knowledge and information.

The FPM in IMI Bhubaneswar is a full-time four-year programme which can be extended to 1 year.In exceptional cases, the programme may further be extended twice by 1-year duration under the approval of the competent authority.
