The Indo Asian Academy Placements are available tothe eligible registered students. The academy has a training and placement cell which provides career guidance and assistance for the students to help them achieve their career goals.The college aims to provide 100% placements for all its registered students and the placement cell provides placement assistance for all the students of the college irrespective of their passing year.There are three types of recruitment done like on campus and off campus including pooled campus drives. Students who are interested to pursuehigher studies and students from foreign nationals don’t apply for the placements. College provides transportation facilities for placement drives outside the campus.

The Indo Asian Academy Kalyan Nagar College offers various employability enhancement program EEP in which students are trained in various aspects like Logical Reasoning, Mental Ability Skills, Quantitative Aptitude and Practical Application Skills. All these skills help students to have an overall holistic development. Some of the other skills like Time Management, Goal Setting, Teamwork, Soft Skills, Negotiation Skill, Crisis-Conflict Management Talents and Art of Persuasionare included in the training modules that are very effective in transforming the students. All these training modules make students industry and work ready. This training program also helps students to improve their communication skills, personality and grooming helping them to improve their confidence. Placement Process:

• The Placement Team sends invitations for the company recruiters with the details of the college and the number of students available for the final placements.
• Recruiters reply to the college about the campus recruitment and the positions they are interested to hire the students. They also inform the date and details about the recruitment drive.
• The companies conduct Pre-Placements Talks to give the detailed information about their company including the roles and profiles being offered.
• Students who applied for the position are invited and resumes of interested applicants are shared with the companies.
• Companies conduct the selection process which consists of Aptitude Test; CV based short listing, group discussions, and interviews
• Results are announced by the companies.
