'ISBR Business School Placements' activities are managed by a separate cell. ISBR starts their work from the very first day of college. They apply a two-dimensional approach in placement. Firstly, they develop and deliver their courses in such a way that is appropriate for placements. In this period, they incorporate every possible service to groom their students rightfully.

The second approach starts with their final internship program when the students come to the end of the course. From here, 'ISBR Bangalore Placements' cell plays a unique pre-placement role. They work on soft skills like communication, teamwork, leadership traits to fill gaps where students are lacking.

The Placement cell plays a holistic role in guiding the students of the business school. While counseling them, it helps them to clear their inhibitions. They incorporate personality development programs. The fundamental purpose of this cell is to boost the confidence level of the already enriched students.

The Placement has always been a product of course curriculum and relevant institutional effort. ISBR understands this quite well. They conduct training sessions as per the needs and requirements of the students. Student monitoring practices are performed to chalk out, the strengths and weaknesses of each student.

ISBR organize some tailor-made training programs. These training programs are usually conducted, on soft skills, business communication, time management, emotional intelligence, and public speaking.

Once the students get trained through the training department of the college, the department provides internships before final placements for a better experience for 6-months, followed by the final placements through the institute. The institute maintains relationships with a wide variety of leading global organizations.
