Chemistry 20 10 100
Total 90 300
  • Each subject will have two sections- Section A and Section B.
  • Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in Section A and Section B will have questions with numerical solutions.
  • Candidates have to attempt any 05 (five) of the 10 questions in Section B. Both Sections A and B will have negative markings.
  • IN MCQ-type questions, for an incorrect answer, candidates will get a negative marking of -1. Each correct answer or the Most Appropriate Answer carries 4 marks.
  • For Marking Scheme for questions for which the answer is a Numerical value, 4 marks are for each correct answer and -1 for an incorrect answer.

Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) are given solely by computer-based test (CBT), and Drawing Test (Part-III) is carried out using a pen and paper-based (offline) method.

Mock Test

The three core courses of the JEE Mains exam are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and these topics are all covered in the JEE Mains mock test. The test consists of two sections: the first section is B.E./B. Tech and the second section is B.Arch/B.Planning. The time limit is three hours, and the questions are multiple-choice. Students can acquire a sense of the time constraints of the real exam by taking the online, timed mock test. After the exam, students can go over their answers and get detailed solutions for the questions. They will be able to better understand their strengths and areas for improvement as a result of this.

The JEE MAINS exam for B.E/ B.Tech will have 3 sections- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Paper 2A (B. Arch)n includes Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) will be conducted in CBT mode and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode on a drawing sheet of A4 size.
The total marks for JEE MAINS B.E. / B.tech is 300 marks
Mock tests can help applicants in evaluating their level of preparation, identify their strengths and limitations, and improve their time management skills.
