PUC Syllabus Karnataka

The Department of Pre-University Education prescribes the Karnataka PUC Syllabus for board exams. The syllabus can be accessed from the official website in PDF format. The DPE, Karnataka drafts and publishes the syllabus for both 1st PUC and 2nd PUC.

The revised syllabus for the current year can be viewed and downloaded from the website- pue.kar.nic.in. Each year the Karnataka state board would review and update the syllabus to maintain a better education quality in its affiliated schools/ PU colleges. Any changes in the syllabus for 2nd PUC board exams are well notified earlier by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka. Students must keep a regular check on the official website for any sort of notification.

  • This section will open up the syllabus link for Science/ Commerce/ Arts.
  • Students can click on concerned subject to download the PDF file for syllabus.
  • Download and save the PDF file.

The syllabus for all the streams is quite vast, so students must start preparing from the very start of their 1st PUC. The subjects remain the same for both year of PUC, but the topics/ chapters are different and get more tedious as well. Students must focus on Karnataka 1st PUC Syllabus 2023 as well since the subject matter for the 2nd PUC is interlinked.

The Karnataka Board Class 2 Examination results can be accessed through the result Link Available on the official website. Students who have previously appeared for the exam can also check the results through the official website as well.
The Application forms for the supplementary examination will be released within a month post the declaration Of the Karnataka Board Class 12 Results 2023. Those students who wish to improve their scores can apply for the Supplementary exams then.
They will be conducted a month after the results Declaration for the Board exams.
They would be eligible for undergraduate admissions provided they appear for the Supplementary Exams and clear the papers in the first attempt.
A minimum of 75% of attendance of the total classes conducted in individual subjects is compulsory.
They should get readmitted to the concerned class in the subsequent year and study. They should have 75% of attendance as stated above.

Whenever a marks card is lost a complaint has to be lodged in a nearby police station with due acknowledgment. Then an affidavit is to be sworn before a Notary about the loss of marks card and promise to return the same if it is traced. Thereafter the candidate has to submit a request for issue of a Duplicate Marks card through the principal of the college in the prescribed format along with a fee of Rs 1,000/- paid through challan
The number which is there in the caste certificate and said number start with the letters “RD” and continues with numeric numbers.
These two fields are mandatory where “From Stop” should be the “origin” and “To Stop” should be the “Destination”.
