The Mahatma Gandhi Trust led by Visionary Chairman Mr. Kamal Kishore Kadam runs Mahatma Gandhi Missions Medical College also popularly known as MGM Medical College. The College has two Campuses one in Navi Mumbai and the other in Aurangabad. Both the campuses MGM, Aurangabad and MGM, Navi Mumbai are recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) and also acquired a deemed status as per the UGC Act 1956.
MGM Medical College, Aurangabad: What started as a dream in a small village of Limbgaon, has today, taken the shape of reality, fulfilling the dreams of Lakhs of students across the country. Established in 1989 in Nanded, it is a tribute to the philosophy of the Father of the Nation and the values advocated by him. MGM, Aurangabad comprises 150 UG seats and 65 PG seats. It is affiliated university to MGM Institute of Health Sciences. The medical institution conducts its own all-India Entrance Examination to select students for the UG / PG courses.
MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai: MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai has a well-established state-of– the-art laboratories for Serology, Molecular Biology, Immunology and Tissue Culture. The MGM Medical College admission takes place according to the regulations of the Medical Council of India, the University Grants Commission and the Government of Maharashtra. The first step to take admission in this university is to write the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) . The selection of the candidates is done on the basis of the marks scored in the exam according to their cutoff.
