MH CET Law Ranking

Once the exam results are released, the State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra will publish the institute-specific MH CET law 2024 cut-off. For the MUCLET or now known as the MH CET law 2024 exam, the cutoff is the final ranking (or score) a candidate must obtain in their category in order to be enrolled. The CET Cell will consider the category, total number of applications submitted, applicants' MH CET 2024 merit rankings, and seat intake when determining the cutoff. Students are ranked according to their scores after the results and cut-off marks are released. For each category of students, a separate rank list is prepared. The rank list is important since it determines a student's eligibility for admission to different law programmes in Maharashtra. The cut-off of institutions with high rankings and good reputations tends to be higher as it attracts high-ranking candidates.

Based on the performance of the candidates, the rank in the MHCET-Law exam is determined. Those with the highest score will get the first rank and so on.
Candidates are ineligible for admission to law programmes in Maharashtra if they fail to meet the MHCET-Law exam cutoff score. They can either try again the following year or look into alternative possibilities, such as applying for admission to law programmes in other states or private law colleges.
The rank determines the candidate's eligibility for admission to law courses in Maharashtra. Those with a higher rank are given preference in the admission process and are more likely to secure a seat in their desired law college.
