Muthoot Business School, promoted by The Muthoot Group, invites applications for its prestigious two-year, full-time PGDM program.The application process includes submitting an online application through the official website, followed by a structured selection process comprising group discussions and personal interviews. Admission Process

Step 1: Qualify Entrance Test

Candidates must qualify for recognized management entrance tests such as KMAT, CMAT, or CAT.

Step 2: Application Submission

Submit the completed application form and the required documents through the official website.

Step 3: Muthoot Scholastic Aptitude Test

Shortlisted candidates will undergo the Muthoot Scholastic Aptitude Test [MSAT] to assess their analytical and problem-solving skills.

Step 4: Interview

Candidates who clear the aptitude test will be invited for a personal interview to evaluate their communication skills, goals, and suitability for the program.

Step 5: Admission

Based on overall performance, selected candidates will receive an admission offer to join the program.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
  • Candidates appearing for their final year examinations may also apply, provided they have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course up to that point.

Completion of Degree

  • Final-year students must complete all degree examinations before *25th June 2025.
  • Proof of passing the degree examination with the required minimum marks (50%) must be submitted by *30th September 2025.

Backlog Papers

  • Candidates with uncleared backlog papers in graduation are not eligible to apply

Valid Entrance Exam Score

  • Applicants must have a valid score in one of the following exams:

  • XAT: 2025
  • CAT: 2024
  • CMAT: 2025
  • MAT: May 2024 onwards
  • GMAT: 2023, 2024, or 2025
  • ATMA

Selection Criteria with Weightage

  • Admission Test Scores (CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT):35%
  • Academic Performance (X Std., XII Std., Undergraduate/Postgraduate Degree): 13%
  • Muthoot Scholastic Aptitude Test (MSAT) & Interview: 40%
  • Diversity Factors Participation in sports, extra-curricular activities, academic diversity, and gender diversity:12%
