The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral degrees in Veterinary and Animal Science through its number of constituent colleges. At the undergraduate level, the university offers B.V.Sc. & A.H. and at the postgraduate level it offers M.V.Sc. and M.Sc. (Biotechnology). The university also offers Ph.D. programs in various specializations.
The RVPT (Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test) is conducted by the university for admission to UG programs, while the Pre-PG Entrance Examination is considered for admission to PG and Ph.D. programs. All entrance examinations are conducted by RAJUVAS.
