RV Institute of Legal Studies offers 5 years integrated law courses, namely BA.LL.B, BBA LL.B & B.Com LL.B, and a 3-year undergraduate LL.B program. The institute is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) and is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

These courses are thoughtfully designed to meet industry needs and to provide a comprehensive and integrated understanding of the legal industry. Below are the eligibility criteria, admission procedure, etc, that a candidate should meet for admission to RVILS.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for admission to the 5-year integrated BA LL.B, B.Com LL.B, and BBA LL.B programs, candidates must have secured the minimum percentage required by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in their 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized board.

For admission to a 3-year LL.B program, the candidate must have secured the minimum percentage required by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in their bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Note:

• Minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination (General Merit)
• Minimum of 42% marks in the qualifying examination (OBC Category)
• Minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination (SC, ST & Cat-I)
• Candidates who have secured 60% in their 10+2 will be given more preference.

Application Process: One needs to fill out the application form in order to apply for BA LLB and BBA LLB admissions. The form for the application is available for the candidates both online and offline. To fill out the form online, candidates should click on the "Online Application" link, provide the necessary details, and then submit the application.

Application Form: The candidates must submit all the necessary documents and testimonials along with the application form, which is available on the college website. The documents required for the admissions in BA LLB and BBA LLB are mentioned below-

• Mark sheet of class 10
• Mark sheet of class 12
• Mark sheet of Bachelor’s Degree
• Migration certificate
• Character certificate
• SC/ ST/ OBC proof and documents
• Kashmiri migrant certificate (If applicable)
