The students at Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU) receive classroom teaching as well as training for the improvement of abilities and performance in a multitude of sporting activities. Intercollegiate contests are often held at different colleges for a wide range of games, including chess, table tennis, badminton, kabaddi, volleyball, athletics, cultural events, essay competitions, and more.
All India Agricultural University Youth Festival (AgriUnifest) is organized by SDAU where more than 1800 participants from 64 participating agricultural universities participate for five days and nights. Various events like cartooning, clay modeling, drama, elocution, folk dance, mime, Rangoli, etc. take place.
The Central Library has well-stocked textbooks, reference books, Research Journals, Periodicals, Back volumes, and related material. There is a computer lab with free internet access at the Central Library.
