SNAP Exam Syllabus 2025

SNAP Syllabus is not predefined but is based on the previous year question papers and the current structure of the exam.

It has 3 sections:

  • General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability
  • Analytical & Logical Reasoning
  • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency.

SNAP Exam Syllabus for Quantitative Section includes mathematical knowledge and calculations. The syllabus of SNAP test is not much different from other popular MBA entrance exams.

The test basically accesses the aptitude skills of a candidate for management programmes. It will be a computer-based test that last for 60 minutes.

What Is SNAP Exam Selection Procedure:

  • Candidates will be selected for further admission process (GE-PI) based on their overall exam percentile.
  • The further admission process is conducted separately for each programme by each Institute.
  • Candidates should check the respective institute's website for information and dates of GE-PI
  • Based on a candidate's percentage, they may get shortlisted for more than one programme.
  • In cases, the candidates are expected to participate in the GE-PI for each programme separately.

To Note:

  • It is important for all candidates to take part in GE-PI tests to be eligible for admission to any PG programme.
  • Only candidates who attend all tests in the selection process (GE-PI) shall be considered eligible for the generation of merit / wait / reject list.
  • Candidates who are not present for any one of the tests will be considered ineligible for the selection process of any MBA programmes SIU.
