Suresh Gyan Vihar University, popularly known as SGVU is a non-profit autonomous private university established in 2008 by Rajasthan Government Act No. 16. It is Rajasthan's first university to receive an 'A' grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Suresh Gyan Vihar University ranked 59th in the Pharmacy category by the
NIRF Ranking 2023.
The university's vision is to provide students with an opportunity to gain knowledge in a variety of areas and to provide a strong academic foundation for a variety of administrative, operational, and management roles.SGVU has academic collaborations with the following- King’s University at The University of Western Ontario, Daffodil International University, Van Hall Larenstein University, College of Agriculture, Baramati, University of Cinncinati, Satya Wacana Christian University, Mapua Institute of Technology, University of Almeria, University of Estradual De Londrina and the University of Wolverhampton.
