Career Services Department:

The Career Services Department at UPES plays an important role in grooming its students into skilled professionals. This department helps students develop a lot of their soft skills in order to make them placement-ready. The college considers internships to be one of the most important things for students to get a feel of the corporate or industrial world. This is crucial and plays an important role as far as UPES Placements are concerned.

Faculty members from their respective fields play a crucial role in ensuring all students get an opportunity to be part of internships. Students can land internships in different sectors like Oil and Gas, Power, Aviation, Law, Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Design, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Transportation etc.

Students have to compulsorily take up summer Internships while carrying out their graduate and post-graduate programs. Internships should be for a minimum of six weeks and can go up to a maximum of eight week.
