The Vydehi Dental College Admission procedure for BDS and MDS courses is divided into two distinct steps; the eligibility criteria and the selection process. For admission, students must meet the eligibility criteria and attend the selection process.

Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS):

• Candidates should have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Botany & Zoology with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General (40% for SC/ST) category as prescribed by MCI/DCI.
• The institution obtains separate norms for NRI / Foreign Nationals. Concerned candidates need to consider that.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Dental Surgery (MDS):

• Candidates must have completed a BDS degree or equivalent from a university or college recognized by the Dental Council of India and have successfully performed the compulsory rotatory residential internship program before or on the 30th April of the year of admission.
• Candidates will be selected based on the merit of the NEET (National Eligibility and Entrance Test) examination.
