The exam is accepted by more than 150 XAT Top Colleges for admission to management programmes. These business schools accept the exam marks to shortlist candidates for further screening rounds. The cutoff is different for different management institutes specifying the XAT score.

Best Colleges Under XAT

These are the top colleges to accept XAT. To enrol in any of the best colleges, students should search for those colleges that are promising, reputed and has successful placements, International Exposure, Low Fees, best in class Education training etc.

The top colleges list is prepared based on certain factors:

• Entrance test score
• Rank
• Percentage

XAT Cut Off:

• The cut off percentage are different for BM or Business Management, GM or General Management and HRM or Human Resource Management
• Based on the cut-offs candidates are called for the GD, PI round. It also varies from institutes to institutes.
• For 2024, the results will be announced on January 31, 2024.
• The shortlisted candidates can book their interview city and interview slot on https://acad.xlri.ac.in/results/

Various factors affect the cut-offs. These significant factors are:

• Number of candidates appearing for the exam
• Average marks obtained by students
• Total number of available seats in the participating institutes
• Difficulty level of the examination
• The average calibre of the students appearing in the exam

As mentioned above the cut off and the subsequent process varies from institute to institute; some institutes have case study based GDs in which the candidate has to write the points after the discussion and submit the answer for evaluation.
