Al-Falah University Placements plays a crucial role in preparing students for successful careers by providing the Training & Placement (T&P) department to increase the number of students securing placements, ensuring that all deserving graduates find suitable employment. The university’s Career Guidance Centre emphasizes employability and competitiveness. It organizes guest lectures, industrial visits, short-term professional courses, seminars, and workshops.

The T&P cell maintains strong ties with local industry associations and government bodies to facilitate student placements and entrepreneurship. The T&P cell provides numerous placement opportunities through on-campus, off-campus, and pool-campus drives. Notable companies like IBM, Barclays Bank, SnapDeal, HCL, and Infosys hire graduates. Each year, 300-400 students secure jobs with direct support from the T&P cell.

Al-Falah University offers several mandatory training programs as part of its curriculum:

• B.Tech students undergo six weeks of training after the 4th semester and four months of industrial training in the 8th semester.
• MBA students participate in eight weeks of vocational training after the 2nd semester.
• BBA students have four weeks of vocational training after the 4th semester.
• Diploma in Engineering students complete four weeks of industrial training after the 4th semester.
• MCA students undergo four months of industrial training in the 6th semester.
