The Atmiya University offers professional programs such as Engineering (Diploma, UG including lateral entry, and PG), MBA, MCA, and Pharmacy (UG including lateral entry, and PG). Admissions for these programs are conducted through the Central Admission Committee formed by the Government of Gujarat, following the specific admission process outlined by the respective committee.

The admission process for non-professional programs and management or vacant quota seats in professional programs follows the following procedure:

Step 1: Publication of Information Document

  • The University publishes an information document containing details such as available seats, fees, eligibility criteria, and the admission process schedule.
  • A help desk and counseling center are established to guide and support students.

Step 2: Submission of Admission Forms

  • Admission forms are available online and offline modes are provided during the prescribed admission schedule.
  • Digital (Offline) Mode: Candidates visit the admission cell to receive a user ID and password, then fill out their details at the admission cell.
  • Online Mode: Candidates visit the website http://admission.atmiya.ac.in/ to fill out their details.

Step 3: Review of Applications

  • After the submission applications are reviewed for eligibility and other criteria.
  • A merit list is prepared based on University norms.

Step 4: Confirmation of Admission

  • Candidates confirm their admission by verifying original documents and paying the fees.

Eligibility: For Atmiya University Course Admission to UG, PG, PG Diploma, and Integrated programs, candidates must pass the qualifying examination in the respective subjects prescribed by Atmiya University from time to time, from any recognized Board or University.

Reservations: Atmiya University follows a seat reservation policy for various categories, including provisions for supernumerary seats, in line with Government guidelines and University norms.

  • Scheduled Castes (SC): 7%
  • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 15%
  • Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC): 27%

Candidates seeking admission to reserved seats must produce a valid caste certificate. For SEBC candidates, a non-inclusion in Creamy Layer certificate is also required, both of which must be stamped, signed, and issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat.

Candidates must pass the qualifying examination in the relevant subjects from any recognized board or university.
Required documents include mark sheets, identity proof, provisional eligibility certificate (if applicable), and any other documents specified in the admission guidelines.
