Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Legislative Law, Bcom LLB is an undergraduate integrated program combining the study of law & commerce. One of the major objectives of Bcom Law is to bridge the candidate’s knowledge gap between legal theory & practice of trade & commerce.

B.Com LL.B trains candidates on the trade, finance & commerce component of the Law by teaching subjects such as accounts, finance, economicssupplemented with a host of law courses, which together provide a broad based, multidisciplinary foundation. It is called an integrated course since the course curriculum involves he study of commerce along with an in depth study of law & legislature. B.Com LL.B Can also be considered as a specialized Commercial law course.

1. BMS College of Law:

BMS college of Law was started during the academic year 1963-64 under the aegis of the BMS Educational Trust. BMS Law College was initially affiliated to Mysore University, later to Bangalore University and now to Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) and is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

Internship

The preferred mode of admission for KLESLC is through the LSAT India Entrance test & a candidate with 45% of marks in the +2 level is eligible to apply for the program.
