Bharathidasan University’s Placement Training Cell (PTC) has been actively organizing various programs to benefit students. Following this, the Career and Counselling Cell (CCC) Both the PTC and CCC work together to help students achieve their career goals by focusing on current industry trends.

These cells provide students with essential skills through skill development workshops and career counseling sessions. They also organize recruitment drives and job fairs to help students secure good job opportunities. The main goal of these cells is to enhance students' abilities, including soft skills, guide them in choosing the right career paths, and prepare them to lead fulfilling lives. In doing so, they aim to shape students into responsible citizens and well-rounded individuals.

Objectives of Bharathidasan University Placements

Information Gathering : Collect details about job opportunities and placements available in various institutions and organizations related to the university’s courses.

Contextual Analysis : Evaluate this information in local, regional, and national contexts to understand its relevance and usefulness for students’ placements and on-the-job training.

Workshops and Seminars : Organize seminars and workshops to inform students about new professional trends, job roles, leadership opportunities, entrepreneurship, market demands, potential risks, and the implementation of national socio-economic policies. These events also include training in soft skills.

Promoting Positive Attitudes : Encourage discipline, a healthy outlook, and positive attitudes in students to foster national integration and eliminate narrow-minded provincial preferences and prejudices.
