CGPPHT 2025 Application
CG PPHT (Chhattisgarh Pre-Pharmacy Test) is a state-level entrance examination conducted in Chhattisgarh for admission to undergraduate pharmacy programs. To appear for the CG PPHT 2024 exam, candidates need to complete the application process, fulfil the eligibility criteria, and obtain the admit card. The application for the CG PPHT 2024 has been made available at the official website, vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. The CG PPHT application form must be submitted by 1st week of April 2024. The CG PPHT test is scheduled for 3rd week of May 2024. The CG PPHT admit card 2024 will be made available online at cgvyapam.cgstate.gov.in based on registration. It is released on 2nd week of May 2024. The hall pass is available for download till the CG PPHT exam day.
B. Pharma Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with 45% with subjects -Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English from a recognized board.
- Regardless of category, candidates must be 17 years old. Candidates in the general category should not be older than 30. While the maximum age for female candidates, general PwD, reserved category, and reserved PwD candidates, respectively, is 35, 33, 38, and 33
Application Form
- Go to the official website, select the 'application' link, and then click on Pre-Pharmacy Test. Afterwards, indicate your preferred subjects for the CG PPHT entrance exam.
- On the screen will appear the CG PPHT 2024 application form. It is necessary to upload a passport-size photo and signature by the guidelines provided by the authority.
- Candidates must complete all fields on the CG PPHT application form 2024, which includes their personal information, address proof, category, income, ID card, and other requested information. Candidates also must specify the city in which they like to take the CG PPHT exam.
- The last step is to use credit/debit cards or net banking to pay the CG PPHT 2024 application costs online.
