COMEDK 2025 is a common entrance test held at the national level to evaluate the students' problem solving, critical thinking and knowledge of subjects which are required for admission to medical, engineering and dental colleges in Karnataka. Candidates who qualifies the COMEDK UGET will be able to take part in the COMEDK UGET counseling for the allocation of seats in their choice of college and course.
COMEDK full form is ‘Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka’; it is an association of autonomous institution which is comprised of senior academicians and reputed administrative officers who are long been working in the education department. NEET (National Eligibility -cum- Entrance Test) is a mandatory and only accepted entrance exam for admission to medical and dental courses in the country and following to it COMEDK continues to work in the evaluation process for the members of KUPECA i.e. around 190 Engineering colleges.
This consortium is entrusted with the responsibility to develop and administer exams to determine the merit of students in a fair and transparent process and provide these colleges with common measures for comparing applicants’ qualification and preparedness by KPFC (Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation – Medical & Dental) and KUPECA (Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association). A high score in the exam will have a positive impact on the applicants’ college application.
Note: For the academic year 2025, COMEDK is scheduled to conduct a nationwide online examination on 10th May 2025. This examination, which will be held across 400 centers throughout India, is intended for engineering programs offering around 20,000 seats. Following that, online counselling sessions will be conducted.
The COMEDK 2025 syllabus is available on the official website now. Candidates are advised to prepare by checking the COMEDK UGET syllabus. Generally, the COMEDK UGET syllabus is based on the current CBSE 11th and 12th grade syllabus. As a result, candidates must prepare for Physics, Chemistry, and Math based on their class 11 and 12 syllabus.

COMEDK UGET 2025 is a national common entrance test for admission to approximately 190 unaided private engineering colleges in Karnataka. COMEDK, or the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka, is the organization in charge of the UGET. It is an autonomous body entrusted with the task of organizing UGET. The undergraduate entrance test (UGET) is a computer-based exam used for admission to BE/B Tech programs. COMEDK UGET 2025 scores are required to allocate seats in colleges through an online counseling session.

The colleges under the consortium include 16 medical, 24 dental and approx 150 engineering colleges. When it comes to higher education, Karnataka is the most sought after destination for students who wishes to study in well-known educational institutions. When the consortium established in 2004-05, it has been conducting annual entrance exams for UG and PG courses in the member institutions and has also been organizing single window centralized counselling process over the last 15 years. For its efforts the Hon’ble Supreme Court has declared it as the model examination and has also been appreciated by all the Government appointed Admission Overseeing Committees.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka will conduct COMEDK counselling 2025. COMEDK UGET, NATA, and NEET scores will be required for admission to engineering, architecture, and medical colleges in Karnataka. Candidates who pass the COMEDK UGET 2025 will be able to participate in COMEDK UGET counselling for seat allocation in their preferred college and course. COMEDK seat allocation will be based on the candidate's rank, preferences, and available seats.
