Cotton University is spread over a large area with all kinds of amenities. The library at the university, known as Dr. Suryya Kumar Bhuyan Library started in the year 1901 and consists of Journals, Newspapers, E-Books, Plagiarism check Software for Research students, and Faculties. The university also has the National Digital Library ( NDL ) which contains content in almost all Indian Languages
- The computer center of the university is located on the second floor of the library with almost 60 computers. Students can make use of the computer center anytime during the college hours.
- The university has an indoor stadium equipped with synthetic floored badminton courts, Table tennis boards, and a modern fitness center. There are even facilities for outdoor games like volleyball and basketball courts, football fields, etc
- The university has also a guest house of its own with a limited number of rooms to accommodate faculties and other important officials of the university.
- The museum of the university contains stuff related to Botany, Zoology, anthropology, Archaeology, and Geology. These are well-maintained especially for the use by students.
- The Health Center at the university is installed with basic emergency facilities with three beds for indoor patients and also facilities for outdoor patients.
- The university has canteen facilities for day scholars. Here food is served in a hygienic manner.
