To provide middle Karnataka with high-quality training and placement services, Davangere University Placement has established a dedicated training and placement department. The cell mission is to give students career advice and the most recent details on industry internship and placement opportunities. To help our diverse student body prepare for on-campus recruitment, the training sessions primarily concentrate on developing communication and personality skills. In this regard, the Department of Training and Placement Cell works year-round to network and establish relationships with professionals from various industries to facilitate contact between businesses and the university's postgraduate students.

There is a test for campus selection and a large number of students are selected for campus placement. Numerous industries, including the chemical and pharmaceutical zoological industries, are visited here. A significant portion of students land well-paying jobs and placements. The 50 lakhs salary per year. Many students plan to pursue education to work for government agencies like the FDA, SDA, IAS, KAs, and so forth after graduation.

Placement Cell Support: The university's placement cell helps students with their placement needs and guides them through the process.

Recruiter Contact: The cell contacts recruiting firms and collects information on job openings, positions, and salaries.

Student Notification: The university informs students about available positions and organizes pre-placement seminars to prepare them.

On-Campus Process:

• Documentation: Students submit their documents and resumes.
• Written Test: Includes questions on general knowledge, aptitude, logical reasoning, and technical skills.
• Group Discussion: Students who pass the written test are invited to participate.
• Personal Interview: Successful candidates from the group discussion are called for a personal interview.

Job Offer: Students who pass the personal interview receive an offer letter for the position.
