Flame University has achieved 100% placements in MBA and MBA ( Communications Management ) for the year 2023. The Career Services Office (CSO) at FLAME University works to assist students in locating companies that complement their skill sets. By giving them access to the greatest job tools available, it assists students in defining their professional goals and working towards realizing their dreams. A lot of tools are used, including presentations, career fairs, interviewing seminars, resume writing, and career counseling.

The internationally designed curriculum, case studies, practical projects, group discussions, debates, and contacts with alumni and business executives all significantly aid students in getting ready for their placements. Active preparatory training seminars and workshops are organized by the Career Services Office (CSO) in collaboration with the faculty-led SIP Committee to help raise their level of awareness regarding career options.

While FLAME University's classroom instruction offers students a singular and priceless chance to develop their academic maturity in a variety of ways, the Summer Internship Program helps students build a solid foundation for their learning and overall development by serving as a bridge between academics and real-world applications.

The FLAME students are more than prepared to take on the industry and deal with real-world situations after completing a curriculum that is up-to-date and pertinent to the demands of the business, handling case studies, giving presentations, and working on real-life projects.

Placement Procedure

• The first step involves student training through workshops and mock interviews.
• The placement cell at the university invites organizations to participate in the campus recruitment drive.
• Student details are shared with the recruiters along with convenient dates for the interviews.
• The recruiters conduct group discussions/tests to shortlist candidates either through any virtual means ( audio / video meetings ) or in person.
• The shortlisted candidates are called for the final selection process. The results are announced soon after the selection process.
