The fees for the different programs are developed as per the recent trends of the industry. The fee structure includes the various charges like registration, exams, labs, library and security. The students can submit their fee through Demand Draft/ Debit Card/ IMPS or Net banking services at the finance department of GCU. The fee shall be paid before the due date lay down by the university.
The Garden City University Scholarship is awarded to the students who have performed extraordinarily in their academics. The students with outstanding performance in sports, curricular and extra-curricular activities are also awarded with the free-ship schemes regulated in the college. These schemes help the students to accomplish their academics with their talent. The students with an average of 75% marks or above are given a fee waiver of 5% to 10% on the tuition amount. The scholarships are not offered to the students belonging to NRI category. The students prevailing from weaker financial background, SC/ ST or OBC are also provided with some concession on their academic fee to ensure any hurdles in the path of their education.
Students are provided with an excellent accommodation at the Garden City University hostel campus. It provides separate accommodation for both boys and girls. The accommodation includes single, double and triple sharing type for boys. The hostel facility for girls is available in single and double accommodation type only. The hostel provides a good luxury equipped with all the modern amenities inside. The rooms are well ventilated and clean. The hostel rooms are well equipped with the Wi-Fi access. Students are also provided with indoor games for their recreation. A gym is available inside where students can do physical workout. The hostel administration has appointed one warden to look into the hostel affairs. The hostel mess provides very nutritious and hygienic food to the students. The hostel fee ranges from INR 85k to INR 1.8 Lakhs per year depending upon the type of accommodation.
