A training and placement cell at Himgiri Zee University helps students with placement-related issues. To prepare students for placement, experienced trainers also give training in group talks, technical interviews, and HR assessments. On-campus placement is performed at Himgiri Zee University. The campus has the necessary infrastructure to hold pre-placement meetings, written exams, group discussions, and interviews. Requirement Process

• The Training and Placement Cell invites businesses to the university. For their needs, the companies can also get in touch with the Training and Placement Officer.
• The information on the final-year students choosing placement is supplied to the responding companies following their needs.
• A mutually convenient date is given to the company for campus recruitment.
• On the designated date, a pre-placement discussion is scheduled before the hiring process begins.
• The company's hiring method includes an aptitude test, a technical test, a group discussion, and a personal interview.
• On the day of recruiting, when the hiring process has been completed, the employer presents the final list of selected students.

Placement Process

• The training and placement cell invites companies.
• Companies register and create an account on the online portal and fill out the online Job Application Form (JAF) with the details of the job profile.
• The JAF is made available to students. Interested students apply online.
• The resumes of students are available online for companies to use.
• On the allotted date companies visit the campus to conduct Aptitude/Technical tests/ Group discussions/Personal interviews.
• Before the start of the recruitment process, a pre-placement talk is arranged.
• Companies share the list of selected students at the end of their interview slot.
• Students are then delivered an offer letter by the company with the information about the job.

Internships

The Industrial Training/Internship Program is a requirement for all students to complete their degree program. The company provides students with the chance to learn about business/corporate procedures and obtain practical experience through on-site training and internship programs.

All of the students must participate in the industrial training/internship program to finish their degree program. Training & Placement Cell helps students locate and secure opportunities for internships and industrial training. The organization offers students the chance to learn about industrial/corporate practices and obtain industrial experience through on-site training and internship programs. Students are mentored throughout the process by committed academic members and organizational mentors. To evaluate the student, the faculty mentor keeps track of their development in consultation with the industry mentor. This hands-on approach guarantees that students graduate with the practical knowledge, skills, and experience that businesses throughout the world demand.

The main objective of the placement Cell:

• To oversee activities for Centralised Placement in ALL courses.
