The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme at IILM Lodhi Road Campus is a two-year, full-time programme that aims to provide leaders with the skills and knowledge required for success in the fast-paced corporate environment.
Students can choose to specialise in several important fields, such as general management, data analytics, operations and technology, finance, marketing management, and human resource management. The two-year PGDM programme is divided into six trimesters. Participants finish core courses in the first year, focusing on essential concepts of management. To get in-depth knowledge in their chosen field, students can select from a variety of specialisations during their second year of study.
