MBA Admission Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should have qualified 10+2+3 in any discipline from any recognized government board
• For general category, minimum marks is 50% and 45% for reserved categories
• Some colleges prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of work experience
• Students in their final year can also apply for this course
• Foreign students need to have a valid student visa and passport
• For direct admission (candidates must not be an active government employee)

Other than the two state-level exams like KMAT (Karnataka Management Aptitude Test) and Karnataka PGCET (Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test), students seeking admission especially in IIM must qualify CAT or they can also apply through MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA exams. Some colleges like IBS business School conducts their specific admission entrance test. Some private colleges also offer direct admission for candidates who missed the entrance exam or scored less or those do not wish to appear in it for the MBA Course in Bangalore.

MBA Admission Selection Procedure

• Selection is based on the results of entrance exams
• Based on merit, students will be selected for GD, PI, and other rounds
• Qualifying these rounds students will be eligible for admission
• Seats will be given to students who have performed well based on merit, performance in the admission rounds and availability of seats
