To participate in this placement process, students have to register with the placement cell and submit their resumes. Based on their academic performance, skills, and other factors, students are shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates are called for interviews and other recruitment activities. If the student is selected, the placement cell facilitates the recruitment process and assists them with any queries or concerns, and follows up with the recruitment process to ensure a smooth transition into their new job.
