Students have to complete at least two internships. For the completion of the program, an internship is mandatory. Internships give students a chance to work on legal research, attending court proceedings, drafting, assisting in legal documentation, and other legal tasks.

PES University- Faculty of Law has a dedicated placement cell. The placement cell helps students to prepare their resumes, improve their interview skills, and connect them with potential employers. Placement happens in the final year of the course. The placement cell invites companies and law firms for the placement process and the placement cell schedules interviews and other recruitment activities. To get prepared for the placement process the placement cell conducts training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews. They inform students about job openings and opportunities. To participate in this placement process, students have to register with the placement cell and submit their resumes. Based on their academic performance, skills, and other factors, students are shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates are called for interviews and other recruitment activities. If the student is selected, the placement cell facilitates the recruitment process and assists them with any queries or concerns, and follows up with the recruitment process to ensure a smooth transition into their new job.
