RDWU Bhubaneswar Ranking

  • On May 30, 2015, Rama Devi Women's University, the first women's university in Orissa, was established as an affiliating institution. This transformative step led to the inclusion of 49 women's colleges previously affiliated with Utkal University, now falling under the jurisdiction of the newly formed Rama Devi Women's University.
  • Under the RUSA (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan) scheme, the college was elevated to the status of a university on May 30, 2015.
  • Rama Devi Women's University achieved an 'A' grade from NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) on September 16, 2004, and was subsequently reaccredited with the same grade in February 2015.
  • In 2010, Rama Devi Women's University was awarded the esteemed CPE (College with Potential for Excellence) status by UGC (University Grants Commission).
  • Rama Devi Women's University was granted Autonomous status through the U.U. (University of Utkal).
  • Rama Devi Women's University, located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, was established as a State University under Act No. 5 of 1989 by the State Legislature of Odisha.
