SASTRA University admission 2023 is now open for all undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The application deadline for the BTech program is June 24, 2023. Applications for Integrated Law programs will be accepted until June 14, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online at sastra.edu, the university's official website.

JEE Main rank is taken into consideration for BTech admissions, however, all other UG admissions are merit-based. Admission to all PG programs is also based on merit. GATE scores, on the other hand, are accepted for admission to the MTech program. CLAT results are also accepted by SASTRA University for admission to the BA LLB (5-year Integrated) program.

• Admission is solely based on merit for all the courses available. Admission to the B.Tech. / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. programs are through 2 processes:
• Merit is drawn from JEE along with a 10+2 score for 70% of seats.
• Score from 10+2 for 30% of seats.
Within three hours following the application deadline, the rank list is made available online. The seat matrix is continuously updated throughout the counseling sessions, and applicants can obtain the counseling information via SMS or the Internet.
• Admission to PG courses is based on the scores in the qualifying degree programs and a written test. Students who appeared in GATE will be given preference.
• Admission to UG arts & science programs is based on the qualifying examination marks.
• Ph.D. admission is held twice a year and is based on the performance in aptitude and subject tests followed by a technical interview.
