Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is pleased to announce the establishment of the Career Advancement Center (CAC), which will handle career strategy and planning, exploring a new career direction, job loss and career transition, job search strategies, resume creation, interview preparation, sector and job intelligence gathering, and establishing connections with specific SVSU alumni. The university recognizes the challenges faced by its students.

Recruiters have always preferred SVSU because of its industry-aligned curriculum. The business community and industry accept SVSU students with open arms. Excellent placement rates have been continuously achieved via the joint efforts of the teachers, the Training and Placement staff, and the students. To create and maintain a cooperative industry-academia interface and to make summer internships and student placements easier, the Training and Placement Department works closely with the industry.

The goal of the Training and Placement Department is to place every student in an organization where they may demonstrate their leadership skills. Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata Motors, AstraZeneca, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Info Edge, Elenjical Solutions, Cognizant, and many other companies have visited SVSU for campus placements.

• Improving interview performance through the use of simulated interviews and insightful feedback.

Alumni Network:

• Use their vast alumni network to link students with accomplished graduates and business leaders.
• Planning mentorship programs, workshops, and alumni gatherings.
