UPESEAT Counselling

Results

The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies' official website will post the UPESEAT 2024 results. Those who attended the exam can access https://results.upes.ac.in/ to view their results. Candidates will need to enter their application number and password as credentials in order to view the UPESEAT result.

Steps to check the results

• Visit the official website of UPESEAT
• Click on the link provided to check the UPESEAT results
• Enter the application number and date of birth in the result-checking portal.
• Then click the search option.
• Your results will be displayed on the screen.
• Carefully view it and take a printout of it for future reference.

All qualifying candidates will participate in counselling which will be held one month after the results are announced. To make the seat allocation process easier, the counselling will be conducted in July 2024 using both online and offline methods.

Counselling

The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies will conduct the UPESEAT 2024 counselling online. According to the outcome, qualified applicants will be called for UPESEAT counselling. Registration, college preference forms must be filled out, document verification, seat assignments, fee payments, and other necessary processes are all part of the counselling process.

• Counselling for UPESEAT 2024 will be centralized.
• Candidates must go to counselling sessions at different UPES campuses.
• UPESEAT will fill 80% of the seats, while JEE Mains and the Board's merit will fill the remaining 20%.
• Candidates will be contacted for counselling at specific locations after registration.
• On the specified date and time, candidates must show up at the designated location.
• Choosing a seat will be possible based on the candidate's rankings.
• Verification of original documents is required before you start choice filling.
• The allocation of seats will take filled preferences, ranks, and seat availability into account.

Required documents

The documents listed below are to be self-attested by the candidate and they have to carry the original documents along with them at the time of counselling for document verification. If the candidates fail to produce their original documents then they will not be able to proceed future with the admission procedure.

• 10th Mark sheet and passing certificate
• 12th Mark sheet and passing certificate
• Domicile Certificate
• Demand Draft of prescribed fees in favour of “UPES Fee Account” payable at Dehradun.
