ABBS Law college Eligibility for Admission

Applicants who have successfully completed Senior Secondary School course (+2) or Pre-University course or equivalent such as (11+1 ; ‘A’ level in Senior School Leaving Certificate Course) obtained from a recognized University in India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or its equivalent, recognized by the Union or by the State Government of that Country may apply for the course.

Candidates should have secured a minimum of 45 percent marks in their final examinations of the said programme of schooling in the general category of applicants. While OBC applicants require 42 % and SC and ST applicants would require about 40% of marks.

Reservation:

Reservation for the SC/ST and other backward classes shall be made in accordance with the directions of the Government in force from time to time.

Student seeking admission to the BBA LLB programme would require the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Transfer Certificate from the previous Institution.
  • Original Marks score card of P.U.C/12th/10+2, SSLC/10th class.
  • Two Stamp size and Five Passport size photographs.
  • Students outside the state of Karnataka will require the migration Certificate.

The BBA LLB programme is a five year programme with each year comprising two semesters. Each semester shall span a total of eighteen weeks. The teaching process shall be in line with the rules set by the Bar Council of India Rules.
