AIeMS - Admission Procedure

Students can take Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences Admission through CET/ COMEDK / Management

B.E. Admission:

• 1. Through CET Karnataka Selection Process (45% of the total seats)
• 2. COMED-K – 30%
• 3. Through Management Quota (25% of the total seats)

MBA Admission:

• 1. Through CET Karnataka Selection Process (50% of the total seats)
• 2. Through Management Quota (50% of the total seats)

B.E. Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who qualified 10+2 with PCM as optional subjects and English as a subject of study, Or
• Those who have qualified 3 years of Diploma examinations recognized by the VTU.
• They should secure 45% marks in the qualifying exam in PUC with Physics, Mathematics and any one of the subjects of Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Bio-Technology.
• For Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and any other groups classified by the Government of Karnataka, students who have scored 40% marks in the qualifying examination are eligible.

MBA Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should have qualified 10+2+3/ 10+2+4 in any discipline from any recognized government board or university.
• For general category, minimum marks is 50% and 45% for reserved categories.
• Candidates who are in their final year and have secured 50% can also apply.
• They should have appeared in KCET entrance exam.

KCET Admission Procedure:

• After the KCET results are released, KEA will provide the merit list of eligible students to take part in the counseling process.
• The merit list is prepared as per the marks obtained in the entrance exam.
• 10+2 percentage will also be considered
• Candidates whose name appear on the list must participate in the counseling as per the schedule.
• The candidates will have a rank or merit number based on which they can participate in this process.

Counseling for KCET is divided into the following stages:

• a) Verification of Documents
• b) Issue of Unique ID and Password
• c) Filling and Locking of Choices

Documents Required at the time of Counseling

• Printout of KCET application form
• KCET fee payment receipt
• Transfer Certificate
• KCET admit card
• 10 Mark Sheet
• 12 Mark Sheet
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate (if applicable)

COMEDK Admission Procedure (B.E)

• By the end of May COMEDK releases the results of UGET
• Based on their score in the entrance exam the candidates are ranked
• Candidates who have valid rank are eligible to take part in the counseling process.

Counseling for COMEDK is divided into the following stages:

• a) Verification of Documents
• b) Biometric Authentication, Photo Verification & Registration
• c) Seat Selection
• d) Submit DD Deposit and seat allotment letter at DD deposit Counter
• e) Allotment Letter Collection

MBA PGCET Admission Process:

• The second round admission result is released on 11th January 2021, along with the cut-off rank.
• Merit list has been separately released for all courses based on the marks secured by the candidates in the entrance test.
• The offline counseling date is held from 15th December 2020
• Candidates need to verify their documents and then selectAmruta Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences Courses (here MBA).

• 10th class mark sheet
• 12th mark sheet
• Degree certificate
• Qualifying exam score card
• Print out of online application form.
• Category certificate (required only for resident of Karnataka)
