There are number of private and government law colleges offering BBA LLB admission in Delhi. This is a 5-year duration undergrad and a new generation integrated course for management, administration and law aspirants. The concerned statutory bodies and the admission office of the law colleges would release the admission notification. Students need to keep a regular check on the recent updates. Admission process and the minimum eligibility criteria varies from one college to another, yet the minimum eligibility required is that-

  • The basic qualification requirements for candidate are passing 10+2/ PUC/ Intermediate or any other equivalent from a recognized board of the country.
  • The candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in 10+2 exams from any stream.
  • The reserved categories are given a relaxation up to 5% in the minimum aggregate.

The entrance exams for BBA LLb colleges in Delhi is conducted by many. The admissions to all the government law colleges are made on the basis of CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET score. Even private colleges also consider the marks of CLAT. But some of the private institutions would conduct their own entrance test for admissions.

Selection procedure:

Students are selected completely on merit basis only. The colleges would consider the marks in qualifying exams plus rank/ score in the national/ university level entrance exams. Shortlisted candidates are supposed to sit in the centralized counseling for the seat allotment. Besides the merit in qualifying exams and entrance test, some of the colleges also conduct interview for the final selection of students. Bennett and BML Munjal University consider huge weightage of interview marks.

BBA LLB Management Quota Admission:

Those students who appeared for the law entrance tests like CLAT, ILI CAT, AILET or LSAT but couldn't get the required cut-off marks can still get admission in their desired college through Management Quota for BBA LLB course.

Normally, the colleges and universities keep their 85% seat for general quota while 15% for the management quota. The course fee under the MQ is 2 to 3 times than that of general fees.
