The Central University of Kashmir has an active Central Placement Cell (CPC) which is in charge of all placement-related activities at the university. The University has strong placement programs and extensive networks with employers in various industries. Under the guidance of the University's Placement Officer, the Training and Placement Cell works to provide outstanding placement opportunities for students while also maintaining links with industry and research organizations.

Throughout the year, the Cell organizes several activities to prepare students for campus selection programs. Central University of Kashmir Placements leads students to internship opportunities, guest lectures by industry experts, and other career-related events that enrich the educational experience of its students.

The placement cell strives to provide a supportive environment for the University's Education in order to raise social consciousness and personality development. The selection of companies visiting the campus for recruitment is based on aspects such as job profile, growth prospects, packages, and the number of students the company is looking to hire.
